Any filmmaker wishing to submit his or her material must include ALL of the following:

+WRITTEN TREATMENT+

+BUDGET INFORMATION+
(including total budget; funds raised to date and from what sources; amount needed to finish)

+TRAILER &/OR ROUGH CUT+

+COMPLETED & SIGNED APPLICATION FORM+

Written treatments, budgets, and the signed application form should be submitted in PDF format. We prefer links for trailers and rough cuts, but DVDs can be mailed separately if necessary.

ANY SUBMISSIONS THAT DO NOT INCLUDE ALL FOUR COMPONENTS -- TREATMENT, BUDGET INFO, SIGNED APPLICATION FORM, AND TRAILER/ROUGH CUT -- WILL NOT BE REVIEWED.

Due to the high volume of submissions, we do not accept written materials in hard copy format and we will not be able to return submitted materials or provide feedback on submissions.
